  • Assembling/screwing line for special plastic components up to 6 pieces composed by: continuous motion rotary screwing/assembling machines for assembling 2 components, continuous motion rotary assembling machines for assembling 4 components
  • Index motion assembling machines for special closures type Absolut Vodka and similar for assembling up to 3 plastic and aluminium components. The machine can be equipped with 8 to 16 stations and can perform several operations according to different requirements and the type of product to be assembled: injection of glue inside the aluminium cap, insertion of a plastic component inside the aluminium cap, insertion of a liner inside the plastic component, bending of aluminium, chamfering of aluminium onto the plastic component, control, ionisation
  • Machines for cutting the liners from coil and inserting them into aluminium or plastic caps with optional quality inspection vision system, ionisation system, dust aspiration system
