Some years ago, it was impossible to buy a wirehood production line on the free market. Then, fully mechanic lines appeared on the market, but our clients asked for more.

Company PEC developed with its partners the first fully servo driven wire hood production line. Since 2014, this solution is unbeaten and has been constantly improved since then. Answering the market demand, this flexible solution became applicable in muselet production for different types of drinks, such as champagne and sparkling wines, beer or cider, coming along with constant increase of output capacity.

Major producers of filling lines are stating worry-free processing of these muselets, a key criterion for success, proven by billions of wire hoods produced.
