Recently we installed a T-cork assembling line that assembles a conglomerate plastic stopper with an aluminum cap. Optionally, the line can emboss the cap directly on the assembling line. The key criterion was to avoid any dust formation during the bending process, and to grant a zero-defect deformation process of the aluminum shell. Thanks to profound experience of our long-term partner MACA - no challenge.
