Offset printing and lacquering is the fastest and one of the most precise decoration methods for fine structures or small texts, on flat metal sheets or cylindrical objects. We supply offset printing equipment to decorate e.g. cylindrical objects from plastic or metal, such as spirit closures, tubes and aerosol monobloc cans. Extremely low costs per piece make it the ideal decoration technology for mass production.

With digital printing systems, our clients are printing on cylindrical and flat surfaces. Beside all the articles, which can be decorated with dry offset technology, cosmetic packaging often is digitally printed.

Digital printing is the right technology, when it comes to smaller batch sizes and frequent design changes. No set-up times, no need for pre-press equipment, no films, printing plates or rubber blankets are required to allow maximum individualisation for small production runs. Especially pictures and not too small letters are easy to print, even if the surface is not entirely flat.

In combination with our sputtering lines, inline decoration units or digital embossing stations provide stunning effects with no material costs. This is how to give e.g. a simple plastic item a premium luxury effect and the producer interesting margins. The cosmetics, body care, pharma, household, automotive and spirits industry uses metallisation solutions either for decoration purposes or for functional reasons. Our lines are made for high output of rather small parts, e.g. perfume closures, pumps or furniture buttons. Extremely low costs per piece, short cycle times and precise control of the sputtered areas of an object, make our sputtering lines an outstanding concept far above the limitations of traditional vacuum chambers. On top, the lines are upgradable with additional decoration units, allowing to give relatively cheap parts a high value at no cost.

Spray coating is used to achieve special effects or full or partial body coatings three-dimensional objects. It is a very versatile solution, widely used for cosmetic packaging or flacons, as well as for spirit bottles or beverage closures. Actually all items can be spray coated with different lacquer systems with thousands of effect possibilities. Coatings can be transparent tints or covering layers with reflecting glass or metal particles, fluorescent ingredients, flip-flop effects and many more. We have dedicated coating systems to let you surprise your customers with stunning effects.
