Some years ago, it was impossible buying machines for the production of wire hoods / muselets. There has been only one group of companies, which produced their machines for their own production workshop. Only some very old machines have been sold to the market. Later, first machines appeared in the market based on old technical drawings, and tried to make competition. The market did not like the offered technology. Therefore, we decided to develop together with our partners a state of the art line to produce free belt wire hoods. Our lines are fully servo driven, what gives us full control over the geometry of the product, only over the HMI, without the need to change any parts.

2014 the first machine went into production. Today our clients are challenging the traditional muselet manufacturers. Meanwhile our lines even can produce different kind of wire hood types with different sizes and shapes, e.g. the French or Valentine muselet. Out of one hand, we also supply the presses for the discs, capsuling machines, wire hooding machines, washing-drying-filling-closing-capsuling lines for bottles or even SPAGO closing machines.
